Regional Entrepreneur
365cups
Simone lives and works from Wagga Wagga in regional NSW and is leading the way in shaking the stereotype of entrepreneur.

Simone Eyles is a self-confessed coffee and tech lover, which she believes makes her the entrepreneur she is today. She is the co-founder of leading smart ordering company 365cups.com. The mobile ordering platform changes the way you order, breakfast, lunch, coffee and tea!

365cups won Best App Food and Drink at the 2013 Australian Mobile Awards. In 2012, the 365cups App won two Australian Mobile Awards– Best Food and Drink App and Overall Best Web App. Simone participated in the class of Springboard 2014 and in April 2013 she took part in Advance Innovation Summit in Silicon Valley, one of just 24 Australian start-ups to be accepted into the program. Simone has also featured on 60 minutes.

Simone has been crowned the "unofficial" ambassador for regional startups and is often sought out to meet and speak with all sorts of people in this field. Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has also sung her praises and with a tech startup, a co-working space, a rare birds ambassador under her belt, Simone is now building and documenting the journey of her new tech product, Shrimpa, which will be released later in the year. However Simone always makes time to pay it forward and do her bit for the ecosystem.

Ryan Leslie

Principal Consultant
Aerium Consulting
Ryan holds a strong belief that Gippslanders have the intellectual capacity, skills and resources to take on any challenge and turn innovative ideas into world-beating success stories. As Principal Consultant of Aerium, Ryan helps start-up and mature businesses develop no-nonsense growth strategies through value creation and good ol’ fashion rigour.

The digital age enables us to build brands quicker than ever before and access global markets at the click of a button or swipe of the finger. While incredibly powerful, it’s also fraught with danger, as there’s tremendous potential to inadvertently infringe the intellectual property rights of others and incur liability and prosecution. Through trade mark auditing and registration services, Ryan can help you build a robust brand to create your own monopoly with minimal risk.
